Located in Xiameilin, Futian District, Shenzhen, APARK Shenzhen Digital Art Park is a revitalized complex transformed from seven former industrial factory buildings. The renovation seamlessly integrates the site鈥檚 historical significance with modern functionality, preserving the original architectural essence while fully tapping into its commercial potential. Beyond creating an imaginative park-style commercial operation system and social space that reactivates the old structures, the new APARK serves as a vibrant, open, and art-infused public community for local residents. It not only gives the site a renewed identity and meaning, but also sets a benchmark for Shenzhen鈥檚 growing trend of stock building revitalization.
