Covering 3363銕�, it serves as a multifunctional waterfront leisure building. It integrates art exhibitions and recreation while nurturing natural ecology and cultural trends as a social venue.

Aligned with Kangshan-Tangpu鈥檚 "Integrated City-Industry Platform" plan, it activates ecological services through waterfront commerce, linking wellness, leisure, and cultural well-being for green economic development. Its diverse offerings fulfill aspirations for poetic living, ensuring sustainable ecology and commerce.

"Let architecture grow from nature" guides the design. Blending Chinese aesthetics with modern techniques, the structure integrates organically into the waterfront landscape. Bamboo-patterned facades echo Anji鈥檚 "Bamboo Township" heritage, merging tradition with contemporary form. Geometric forms engage with nature, creating an immersive waterfront experience.



Innovation & Differentiation:The project integrates natural ecology and trendy commerce, creating a "pop-up park" combining leisure, socialization, and consumption. Guided by Chinese aesthetics, the architecture blends geometric forms and modern materials to form a unique landmark. Green technology enables "development within protection," establishing a laid-back commercial environment coexisting with nature. This creates an innovative social space distinct from traditional commercial venues.
