EcoTek Vista is a next-generation smart home concept blending sustainable materials, advanced technology, and emotionally responsive design. The project integrates ecological and intelligent systems that work in harmony with daily routines and the natural environment, tailored for evolving urban lifestyles and a tech-savvy culture.
Rooted in parametric modeling, digital design workflows, and AI-assisted methods, EcoTek Vista prioritizes adaptability and environmental responsiveness. The home employs recycled composites, smart glass, and passive energy systems, while solar orientation and daylight simulations guide spatial optimization. A distinctive glass pyramid rooftop defines the home’s identity, enhancing natural light, solar collection, and passive ventilation, while symbolizing clarity, openness, and balance between nature and technology.
Wellness and comfort are integral to the design. A privacy-enhanced smart micro pool and adaptive interiors support restorative living. AI-driven systems manage lighting, HVAC, and energy use through app-based automation, adjusting to user moods and schedules. AI cloud applications and smart technologies support seamless integration with existing and future smart home systems, ensuring openness, scalability, and adaptability for evolving lifestyles. Smart glass dynamically modulates daylight and privacy, while solar panels with predictive cloud-based monitoring ensure efficient energy balancing.
Interior layouts are designed to enhance wellness and productivity. Smart windows improve sleep quality, kitchens simplify healthy meal preparation, and remote work areas support hybrid lifestyles. Personalized automation reduces cognitive load and saves time, aligning the home with human rhythms and emotional well-being.
AI Integration
EcoTek Vista integrates AI tools from the earliest stages of design to optimize space, improve efficiency, and enhance adaptability. These intelligent systems continue to function in daily life, ensuring the home evolves with user needs while minimizing energy consumption.
Development
Created through a multidisciplinary design approach in California between 2024 and 2025, EcoTek Vista spans 12,000 mm by 16,000 mm, rising 9,000 mm with a 4,000 mm glass pyramid. Suitable for plots of 180–300 square meters, its modular architecture includes living spaces, a terrace suite, smart office-gym, and micro spa. EcoTek Vista forms part of the broader KarmaVista conceptual framework, exploring sustainable, AI-enhanced, and emotionally intelligent living environments.
