This project revolves around the meticulous design of a private residence, aiming to fulfill the homeowner's vision of a spacious and open environment. The designer's approach involved a strategic reconfiguration of the initial layout, prioritizing seamless movement and abundant natural light. Embracing the homeowner's preference for a modern and airy ambiance, the project harmoniously integrates serene dark hues and sleek metal accents, exuding an understated yet luxurious appeal. Furthermore, the inclusion of diverse cabinetry solutions not only enhances the aesthetic allure of the space but also ensures the provision of ample and adaptable storage, culminating in a home that effortlessly combines visual elegance with everyday functionality.



In the inviting shared living area, the living room exudes a cozy ambiance with its warm earth-toned decor. Furthermore, the TV wall, crafted from light gray stone with dark brown wood grain, adds an air of refined luxury to the space. This elegant yet understated atmosphere is achieved through the use of simple tones and materials.



Distinctive elements define the boundaries between the living room and the dining and kitchen areas. Not only do the ceiling materials differ, demarcating separate zones, but the flooring design undergoes a noticeable transition. While the living room features wooden flooring, the kitchen area is adorned with smooth, easy-to-clean tiles.



The dining room boasts a striking curved stone center island dining table. This feature, combined with a wine fridge, an appliance cabinet, and a sideboard, lends the space versatility and creativity. What was once a closed-off kitchen has been transformed into an open area, fostering a sense of connection between the living room and the kitchen and fostering a closer-knit family dynamic.



A study area is discretely created at the back of the living room sofa, delineated by a transparent glass wall. This clever design not only allows for a secluded space but also maintains an open and airy feel, providing residents with an ideal setting for leisurely reading and relaxation.
