MITHRIDATE Boutique, designed by SLT Design, is located in Guangzhou, China. The avant-garde fashion brand constantly draws inspiration from theater and stage. Building on this concept, SLT Design transforms the shopping experience into an immersive theatrical journey, creating a captivating space inspired by the "Sphere" concept鈥攁 realm where reality and illusion seamlessly merge to capture the brand's essence and atmospheric identity.



This spatial experiment bridges theatrical scenes with retail innovation, aligning with MITHRIDATE鈥檚 philosophy of 鈥淔ashion for Art.鈥� The boutique stands as a shimmering proscenium stage amid the urban landscape, presenting each curated item through exquisite design. The space becomes a sanctuary for self-expression, championing authentic stylistic freedom.



SLT Design confronted the task of interpreting spatial aesthetics and brand essence through theatrical sensibility within a 159銕� irregular layout. SLT adopts a four-act narrative structure to create versatile scenes that align with the overall concept while maintaining practical functionality. Fluidity defines the boutique鈥檚 functionality. A ceiling track system, mobile mirrored cabinets, and versatile hanging rods allow for adaptable displays that seamlessly transition between everyday and formal wear.



In terms of space aesthetics, SLT conveys the premium brand tone with an elegant color palette and simple materials. A muted sand palette sets a minimalist tone, reminiscent of time-honored theater woodwork. Midnight blue accents punctuate this serene backdrop, while flocked metallic wave panels add depth and intrigue, hinting at the mysterious allure of partially drawn curtains. Sleek, mirrored metal elements throughout complement MITHRIDATE's avant-garde aesthetic.



SLT Design reinterprets theatrical elements鈥攕uch as stages, curtains, elevated platforms, and spotlights鈥攁s spatial syntax. Through intricate narrative-driven design, SLT crafts an environment that blurs the boundaries between reality and illusion. Visitors transition from observers to active participants within this fusion of fashion and aesthetics.
